Product Description
Inconel 625 Bolts and Nuts are high-performance fasteners manufactured from premium Inconel 625 (UNS N06625) alloy. Inconel 625 is a nickel-based superalloy reinforced with molybdenum and niobium, offering exceptional corrosion resistance and outstanding high-temperature strength.
Our Inconel 625 fasteners are widely used in aerospace, petrochemical, marine engineering, nuclear power, and other extreme industrial applications. They maintain stable mechanical performance across a broad temperature range from -253°C to 700°C.
Key Advantages
- Outstanding Corrosion Resistance: Highly resistant to pitting, crevice corrosion, intergranular corrosion, and chloride stress corrosion cracking
- Excellent High-Temperature Performance: Maintains excellent tensile and yield strength at temperatures up to 700°C
- Superior Low-Temperature Toughness: Retains exceptional impact toughness in cryogenic conditions, ideal for LNG applications
- High Strength: Tensile strength ≥ 760 MPa, yield strength ≥ 345 MPa in annealed condition
- Good Machinability: Supports hot working, cold working, welding, and various processing methods
